These are my favorite spots to purchase camera equipment, studio equipment, and other technology (e.g., computers, SD cards, chargers). You can also purchase used and refurbished photography equipment from each of these sites.
Below is a list of the software I use to run my photography business:
Dubsado: This is the CRM I use to keep track of clients and projects I’m working on. Get 20% off your first month or year of Dubsado with the code meredithhartphotos.
Pixieset: I use Pixieset to upload and deliver client galleries.
Square: Square is the online platform I use to accept credit card and debit card payments from clients.
Squarespace: I built my first photography website using Squarespace and loved how easy it is to design and update the site. I also use Squarespace to design websites for some of my photography clients.
Namecheap: Namecheap is the domain host where I purchased my domain name, meredithhartphotography.com. If you’re planning to create a website in 2024, I highly recommend buying your domain sooner rather than later!
Narrative Publish: This tool has sped up my blog creation process and helps me build beautiful galleries for each photoshoot.
Flexispot: This is where I bought my trusty standing desk.
Peerspace: Peerspace is an online marketplace for hourly venue rentals and a great place to find studio spaces for personal branding photoshoots. Click here for $50 off your first rental!
